Latshin Dakup Samson is a dynamic and visionary leader with a deep passion for energy innovation, technology, and sustainable development. As the founder and MD/CEO of Retla Energy Solutions Limited, he brings over a decade of hands-on experience in solar energy design, installation, and energy efficiency consulting.
Under his leadership, Retla Energy Solutions has grown into a trusted name in Nigeria’s renewable energy sector — delivering reliable, affordable, and eco-friendly power solutions to homes, businesses, and industries.
Latshin is also the Managing Director of LA-Edge Technologies, a hybrid firm focused on the design and installation of solar-powered infrastructure for residential and corporate clients. Since January 2022, he has led LA-Edge in delivering customized solar solutions that prioritize energy independence and long-term performance.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Latshin served as an IT Specialist at Access Bank, where he built a strong foundation in technology, systems management, and customer-focused service delivery. This unique blend of IT expertise and energy sector insight allows him to approach projects with a modern, tech-driven mindset that sets him apart in the industry.
